Introduction:
This function allows users to save their edited
topology as an encapsulated postscript file. The topology can be saved
as a color or gray image. Additionally, users can also choose whether or
not to scale their image to fit into a page.
Description:
Use File/Save to save the edited results
into an encapsulated postscript file.

Fill in the file name to be saved and set the check
boxes for either a color or a gray image, and portrait or landscape layout.
When the image is saved as a gray/Mono image, VHMPT will scale the image
to fit into a page. When an image is saved as gray/Mono, the coloring scheme
for the amino acid conservancy will be scaled from gray -> black corresponding
to values of 0 -> 1.
