reconfigure loop layout
Introduction:
VHMPT uses control points for users to change loop layout to their liking.

Description:
Select Edit/Loop layout, and choose a loop to edit its shape. Once a loop is selected, a number of control points represented by circles (the number of control points increases with the length of the loop) will show up.

You can then drag anyone of the control points to change the loop layout. (Make sure the color of the dragging control point becomes blue.)

To remove the control points, select Edit/Loop layout and choose the selected loop again. All the control points will disappear.

Tips: You can also drag individual residues to fine tune the loop layout.
